11.23.07: Yes, it's true. I got swallowed by Black Friday, the day when all the sales start here in the US. I'm sorry to make you guys wait, but if you can hold out a little bit longer, it'll be worth it! Gina and I (mostly Gina since she's a whiz at fixing my crappy HTML!!) are almost done moving everything to the new server, so NO MORE DOWNTIME. No clicking on the site and getting an error message!! Because of that, the next page will be posted there--but don't fear! Just come here like normal and it will automatically redirect you. The new page will have funnies, and I will post other shiny things in addition to it. Because I feel really bad for making you guys wait--and I didn't want to say, 'Oh, since it's a holiday there will be no updates' . . . but I guess I should have XD;; But, the page will be up tonight. I promise you. This time I will stay up god-awfully late to get it done. In the meantime, check out Patches!
11.2.07: HAPPY SECOND ANNIVERSARY!!! This comic has been going on for exactly 2 years, now. Unbelievable. Never thought I would get this far! We're getting to the climax, too. Pins and needles. Well, anyway, on to the good stuff. As you can see, I have posted some random art here in place of the regular comic page (just click the link below it or to the left side to read the current page!). Also, I've started another fan art/caption contest, and the winners will receive a shiny new 2008 GSS calendar! :D PLUS, every Saturday this month, there will be an extra page uploaded! That's four extra pages! Woohoo! I'll be trying to get some more random art thrown in over the course of the month, and you never know what you may find if you look hard enough . . . :B
Wanna be a Guest Artist? I'm looking for artists to help me out in the coming months. I'll be working on the upcoming release of the second graphic novel, which means I may not be able to do a new voting incentive every week. That's where you come in! It's a perfect way to get your art noticed, and great for those of you who missed the art contest. I'll place a 'thumbnail' of your art at the top of the page like I normally do, and readers can vote to see your masterpiece. All I ask is that it be related somehow to GSS, rated PG-13 at the very most, no profanity involved and it must be in color. Size isn't an issue as I can resize it if need be. And, for those of you who like making the captions, or fan fics, or anything--I'm thinking of opening a page just for that--so anything you've got would be greatly appreciated.
